Thanks to people who helped me in the comments!

-Added NPC nodes
- Addes some invisible walls (clips)

I made this update because we found a lots of bugs there
Here´s the changes:
- Added some cracks and holes into the barricaded "HT" building
- Added some invisible walls (clips) so player can´t reach some points
- Added doors to the Hotel elevator
- Fixed some bugs that i found (Nodraw in the hotel, not-finished window and others)
- A lot of bugfixes!
