Improved compatibility with Global Player Icons (but it's still redundant to have both...)
Added ability to dismiss fire indicators with right-click (they can be viewed from the scoreboard still)
Reduced flickering of indicators when players are close
Added map sharing option (map revealed by it cannot be saved/loaded, this is a game engine API limitation)

Bunch of bug fixes!
You can no longer fuel smoke signals for arbitrarily long times (it caps out at 6 minutes-- days are 8 minutes long)
Indicators for offscreen fires should get properly removed now, even for really long smoke signals
No more duplicate minimap icons for players moving quickly
