Readded modesl

Im back from the dead! This is a very small update. Decals that were once missing are now back into the map. Cubemaps have been built. Glass textures in the bank having missing reflections, and I will have to replace those glass textures. Also, some props are missing such as the pd lobby bench and bank atms.

Added Bank and some filler buildings.

Expanded land for new area's and buildings. Made roads curved like in real life. Perparing area for park, bank, and gas station.

Finished Rear Parking. Nearly Finished Jail Cells, just have to fix doors and add a few props. Updated lobby front desk.
