Version 1.5 for EU4 1.14
- Changed the supported version line from 1.13 to 1.14
- Instead of allowing a province to flip if it is in the same religious group, it can now always flip if the tolerance towards the religion of the province is positive.
- Instead of a lower MTTH if the province has the same religion as the owner, the MTTH is now lowered if the tolerance towards the religion of the province is above 2
- Local autonomy above 80 now prevents changes
- If flipping, the province which "initiates" the flip must not have any nationalism either
- Cultural unions are updated to the new method of EU4 1.14 (i.e. being an empire or having more than 1000 development if not using Common Sense)
- Provinces now adopt the primary culture faster if they are in the same area as the capital
- Provinces now switch to the primary culture faster if the owning nation has at least 90 prestige and 2 stability
- Weakened the effect of granting a province to an estate (this made changes too slow, because it increases the local autonomy)
- Adjusted the modifiers for buildings (lowered the impact of a port but increased the impacts of the other buildings)
- Lowered the impact of being a colonial nation for changes towards an accepted culture (flipping to the primary culture has not been changed)
- Added a modifier which increases the MTTH if a province belongs to a trade company
- Replaced the flat gains for encouraging the local culture with scaling gains. Also, when preventing a switch to the primary culture diplomatic and administrative points are earned instead of only diplomatic ones.
- Increased the unrest reduction for encouraging the local culture from -4 to -7
- Corrected some wrong comments
