changed the sound of the text to speech voices

this is the final update of Pool of death until VCD is finished
i might add something in the future and replace the txt voices with real ones:)

fixed several bugs in the metal gate
fixed anoying sound bug with the blue doors at the start
made body fall from the ceiling
fixed some more bugs and improved performance
added coffee mug to the teleporting worker
added 1 usb stick
new j-harm old one got deleted
added more speech to the sweeping janitor
