Major visual updates.
- Added A site copy to T side
- Added hallway connecting B main entrance and alt-B
- Added visual only balcony to B main, T side
- Added random pillars all over mid/B
- Added detail at B stairs
- Modified T side of map slightly
- Added lighting to CT spawn and CT side of B
