21/01/2016:

+Fixed the succession issue very bluntly. Now when your character dies, your elected successor will receive an event that gives them Elective Monarchy succession. This was the original succession plan from the beginning and makes internal politics in the Mercenary Band much more interesting

Update 31/12/2015
+Succession laws changed ( after a lot of blood, sweat and tears ) so that all except non-reformed pagans have much greater control over their inheritance.
+Nubian band now playable, sorry for that bug in previous versions.
+Fixed issue of Turkish, Persian and Arabic dynasty names overriding mercenary band names (ie Belekid Beylerbeylik instead of Turkoman Company).
+Remove Catalan Band, Scottish Band and Rus Company from start dates before 1066, when they are not meant to exist.

Sorry for the two month delay everyone. Life always gets in the way, man.
Changelog for 0.95:
+Increased war income [Trial run of new income (particularly for unindependent mercs), if excessive please tell me by commenting]
+Changed mercenary succession to elective
+Can purchase roaming armies and navies, even while unlanded, through decisions.
+Changed Druzhina composition to better reflect their historical makeup
+Added Danelaw Band in The Old Gods start as well as a tiny bit of flavour

Coming later in the week will be update 0.95A, followed by 0.95B in which the following warbands will be added:
0.95A:
+Pannonian Band (Avar then Hungarian)
+Hepthalite Band (Afghan band with an undecided culture, will be turko-mongolic)
+Uyghur Band (A mongol cultured band in the far east of the map)

0.95B
+A Frisian/Dutch band
+A Venetian band
+An Austrian Band
+A Holy-Order-like Band

Changelog for 0.92:
+Added content for Mamluks
+Added Rus' Druzhina for 1066 and 1081 starts
+Added Polish Druzhina for 1066 and 1081 starts
+Modified the "Ask for Donations" decision so that you suffer a prestige loss for 10 years and it can only be done once per character
+Removed the Old Saxon Band post 1066 start (it was silly to have an extinct ethnicity hireable, let alone playable)
+Added Pictish Band in 1066 and 1081 starts with some unique content, still working on it though
+In the bookmarks the bands have been rearranged, six period-relevant warbands followed by the others in alphabetical order
