Used faces smooth shaders for improved roundness of mirrors, several tweaks to textures, game balance: slightly lower running cost.

Thermal solar plant using parabolic mirrors, the steam turbine needs some water to function. Cheaper to build than PV panels, but a bit more noisy and more expensive to maintain.
