Few visual changes, i acknowlege all the bugs present in ths version

More than a year later, i decided to refresh the map a little with some new assets from inferno/nuke, also Portal 2. Nothing much changed, just the aesthetics, also few adjustments were made so that it wouldn't look off after playing Barista_2

additional polishing was made and bugs were fixed
-no more truck windows mid air
-paintings are prop_physics, instead of _multiplayer and it doesn't interact with the player

BUGS THAT WILL BE FIXED ON THE NEXT UPDATE
-floating glass prop
-radar off scale (i have no idea why it does this)

Fixes
-from CT to A is more populated
-added more details
-fixed flouroscent sprites in the cafe
-curbs are as smooth as baby's cheeks

i guess i had enough polishing, if you got some bugs please let me know
i can't recall what i did here, but you might notice few changes for the Bombsite A and the whole bottom of the map

-T Spawn redesigned
-Added Cubemaps
-Changed bombsite A
-Opened the staircase in the hotel's lobby, gives access to Bombsite A peaking
-Lobby to Bombsite A stairs are limited, to prevent early shootouts
-Compiled with all the commands, this is for performance and visual purpose

Known bugs
-Unsewn tarp on scaffold near B
-super unreal shiny pavement road (will add puddles to make it more believeable
-Invisible walls in staircase (needs some prop blocking)
-Hole to a hotel room from staircase needs some blocking on the bottom, that caused me some compiling errors so i had to remove it
-Cubemap resolution needs to be cranked up

so far there are few unbelieveable invisible walls, so ignore that

Changes
-Updated the radar
-Connection from T Spawn to the Courtyard have been changed, now it takes more time to access the courtyard for Terrorists

Bugs
-It's possible to jump on the van near the park

-Added phong to few textures
-Recolored the courtyard tiles
-Detailed few buildings
-Player clipped the concrete fence in the park
-Bombsite A ground texture replaced. Because the previous texture conflicted with the road texture and when i added phong, it dominated on the primary texture and that looked hideous
