Version 2.3.2

This is mainly a debug update, added a fallback during the init method which will disable IPT if an error occurs during the init process.
Please use this thread for bug reports.

*** Changes
- The author of the JR500 Shinkansen train changed the name of his asset, updated IPT so it will created a new default for this train again.

- The line info window will now open automatically when a new line has been created. You may disable this behaviour.

*** Changes
- Expanded the 'engine on both ends' feature that was added with 2.2.0 to work with all trains that have trailers. You may set it in the train vehicles section in the Vehicle Editor. IPT will still enable it automatically for the 4 trains mentioned in the 2.2.0 patch notes.
- Updated some tooltips, they now say more clearly what they do.

*** Fixes
- Fixed a bug with the budget control check box in the IPT Settings window not updating the lines.

- You may now change some IPT settings from within the game, no more XML editing ;)

*** Fixes
- The depot list is now always up to date with depot names.
- Mac/Linux client: IPT should now save the files in the IptVehicleData folder instead of saving a file with the name IptVehicleData\xyz.xml. I don't use Mac/Linux so please report if this works now. You probable have to do the vehicle settings again sorry.

- With the default game you can't create working metros right now, i made a custom metro that is working with IPT. (it won't work correctly without IPT)

- Fixed an issue when a custom vehicle was disabled that was previously assigned to a transport line. IPT will now switch back to Random when it can't find the vehicle.

- Added the Vehicle Editor which lets you edit all public transport vehicles. You may edit the capacity, ticket price and max speed. Values are internal game numbers, you can see a conversion to ingame values on the right side. Km/h is shown by default, you may edit the ImprovedPublicTransportSettings.xml to set it to 'mph' or what ever you prefer.

- Fixed an issue where newly added custom vehicles still had their default capacity when loading a savegame.
- Fixed an issue when disabling custom assets.

*** New features
- You now see two vehicle counts, the first shows the vehicles currently active on the line, the second number indicates the target vehicle count for that line. When pressing the add/remove buttons you change the target vehicle count and the game will then add/remove vehicles until both numbers match.
- Added a vehicle spawn time interval, by default this is 10 seconds, you may edit the ImprovedPublicTransportSettings.xml file to set your own value.
- Now you are able to change back to budget controlled mode individually for each line. By deault this is off, you may edit the ImprovedPublicTransportSettings.xml file to set your own value.
- You now may change the depot building for any line. (Beta)
- When a depot building was set you may change the vehicle asset. (Beta)

*** Changes
- IPT now used Detours from Sebastian Schöner, this means no AI patching leading to a higher compatibility.
- Capacity editor now won't change values when they are allready at default.
- UI updates, to make things look a little better.
- Removed: Maintenance modifier, IPT now uses default costs for all capacities. Better compatibility with custom vehicles. Maybe i'll add it in a later version again.

*** Fixes
- Fixed a compatibility issue when using IPT with EPT UI.
- Fixed an issue with airplane and ship capacity.

*** Known Issues
- Newly added custom vehicles will have their default capacity when loading a savegame.
- Custon trains/metros with a different car count then the default train/metro won't have the capacity shown in capacity editor.
- Selecting a line then changing a name of a depot and then selecting the same line again will still show the old name. Workaround: select a different line first.
