Changed the default spawn region to "Everywhere" while I fine-tune the spawn settings to be compatible with Reign of Giants.

Removed the unused script files for real this time. (I hope)

Removed a few unused script files that were causing the game to crash.

Forgot to update the default value for the weed tree spawn rate. :)

The weed tree spawn settings were too restrictive, which made the plants very difficult to find at the default setting. I increased the spawn rate values quite a bit, so I may have to lower them at some point after further testing. Use the config options to adjust the rate to your liking in the meanwhile.
