- Fixed Green's shortcomings to be enabled
- Factions now check for adopted preferences/aversions upon first meeting
- Adoption respect changes have been made stronger
- The tooltip for social engineering categories now tell you who will care.

Updated for Rising Tide:
- Preferences and Aversions now cause changes in respect between factions.
- Updates to several trees to make them more balanced and take advantage of features in Rising Tide.
- Increased cost to virtues due to extra culture in Rising Tide.

- Fixed Civilopedia
- Fixed an incorrect string displaying in the diplomacy relationship window and tooltip
- Fixed text descriptions for several negative shortcomings
- Fixed a case where players would appear to be mass denounced by the AI
- Changed the effect of the Bytegeist to be similar to pre-Winter Patch
- Fixed aggression give an unnaturally large negative modifier in diplomacy
- Alleviated compatibility issues with some mods such as Affinities as Yields
- Fixed a small bug with the "Foreign Exchange" virtue
- Readjusted some diplomacy modifiers to hopefully avoid too many large circles of friendship
