Added a river and changed the starting road a little.

I made this from a height map of the island and smoothed out a bunch then added in Highways, railways, ship, air, and tons of trees. It's not exactly how I remember Okinawa, but it was pretty much for my first map. I still am trying to get a hang of setting up water direction.
