Temporarily removed "Low Battery" feature and solar rotor controller until Keen provides a way for scripts to interact with power producers again.

Adds smart undock/return-to-base feature (documentation pending).

Emergency stop procedure will now rotate ship along 2 axes if working thrusters are missing from one side.

Adds redundancy manager (documentation pending).

Adds abandonment feature (default enabled, default 1 hour timeout). "Safe Mode" timer block triggered on detecting abandonment.

Renames "Emergency Stop" timer to "Safe Mode".

Ejectors are also Connectors, who knew?

Fixes a bug with the newly-added undock command where it will also shut off ejectors.

You can now run the script with an argument of "undock" and it will shut off all connectors and unlock all landing gear. I know the 'P' key does the same thing, but for some reason, it undocks other ships on the same carrier as well.

Switched defaults of TOUCH_LANTENNA and MAX_POWER_ENABLED. At least for my drones, it isn't common for those to be enabled.

Pretty much a from-scratch rewrite. Much more efficient, will now only touch blocks when there are actual changes.

As for new features, added laser antenna toggling support for the docking module.

Also added gyros as something that gets toggled off automatically when docked (along with thrusters, of course).

Also changed the low battery reset threshold from 99% to your LOW_BATTERY_THRESHOLD (i.e. when charge goes above the low battery threshold, the "Low Battery" timer is re-enabled.
