=>Added a PCU value of 40 per ore detector to match Keen's values.

=>Buffed Small Ship Ranges to 2500 and Large ship to 5000.

=>Grouped the blocks together to use half the g-menu space now.

=>Brought the ore detectors code up to date in the Cubeblocks.sbc stuff.

=>Un-hid the Over-clocked Ore detectors that were hidden because they caused PC issues and game crashes.
