I.G.Farben tasks in WW era (only if you have a neutral or good relations with Axis)

The overall game holds only ally whereas everyone knows that they have won .
Do not judge me for that, I tried to balance game the player was choice to play for as allied allies, as neutral or other side and there are only positives of this history. Nothing outrageous.

WW era is overall tough time...
