Quick hotfix by Screaming Angels related to npc entities.

Screaming Angel Added the Following:
* Implements collect command only working near original point of purchase
* Implements sound notification on entering a trade zone.
* Implements performance improvements
* Implements crash workarounds for Havok
* Tweaks HUD (/hud on or /hud off) behavior

Fixes:
+ Issue with new players
+ Handling background ownership changes of Grids better to avoid havok issues.
