So it appears the dev kit is very picky about resouces for crafting attachments should work now.

Added Reinforced Trinkers Table to upgrade reinforced items. Added some missing references on structures.

Added Attachments to all weapons. Added reinforced machined pistol version and reinforced machined rifle version. Reduced engram cost.

Removed reshin on chitin was not good enough. Added Items Reinforced miner helm, Nut cracker pump action shotgun, Hillbilly Shotgun with 12 ga bullets. Fixed missing name on mobile mortar and pestle.
