v1.7 - Added the new guard rails.

v1.6 - Fixed few things like demolishing gives full refund. Added normal foundations with the ability to put Top Fences on. Added special Upper and Bottom metal fences to build even fences.

v1.5 - Added an Aligned Fence Foundation which lets you create fences that align with the ground.

v1.4 - Added new Top Fences which can be built on top the Fences. Top Fences can be stacked with each other to create very high fences.
