Fixed/Tweaked crafting cost. Good now! ;)

Fixed stacking of charcoal and made ingots stack to 10k - Ingots now produce at a rate of x5 per 2 ore

Worked out its texture to look a bit better. Added - Light, Flame, & Heat

No longer makes ingots faster, untill we have more freedom with modding this wont happen.
