- New allowed types: Transponder (Action Relay), BroadcastController, HeatVent, ExhaustPipe.
- New allowed: Neon, Symbols, Signs, AccessPanels, Scaffold, ConsoleModule, Plushies.

- Added v202's new blocks to allowed: all AI blocks, event controller, emotion controller - these are added as types, so any modded versions also work.
- Improved "can't build on electronics panel" notification, made the allowed list 2 lines and no longer showing it if aiming with large block at it (like the electronics panel itself, making it confusing/panic right after placing it xD).

- Fixed clang behavior for the 5x5 PCB block.
NOTE: if you still have this issue, restart game entirely (only applicable around this update time, because model data changed and SE caches some model data, like empties).

- Fixed "Add small top" being visible (it also causes clang if used).
- Added custom logic behind Attach button so that it can properly find and attach only the expected top part blocks (PCBs).

- Added Hacking Computer (specifically https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=728555954 ) to allowed blocks to be placed.
- Modded blocks that are allowed only show up in the allowed list if that mod is installed.

- Potential exploit fix: added a safety check for the top part to not remove top grid unless it's got just the one block, to avoid potential exploits with people building projected top parts to remove entire grids.
