All races
- Changed the name of the elf races to their actual names.
- Reduced the stat disparity between races; they now deviate half as much from the average as before. Compatibility patches were not changed because they are meant for compatibility with mods that have strong stat disparity.

Altmer: 80/130/90 -> 90/115/95, 0.5%/3.5%/4.0% -> 0.5%/3.75%/4.5%
Argonian: 100/90/110 -> 100/95/105
Bosmer: 90/100/110 -> 95/100/105
Breton: 90/110/100 -> 95/105/100, 0.5%/3.25%/4.5% -> 0.5%/3.125%/4.75%

Nord
- Son/Daughter of Skyrim: now grants the correct version at all times.

Bosmer
- Harrier: reduced delay between activations from 6-9 minutes -> 8-12 minutes to reduce spam (duration is still 5 minutes); no longer triggers a hit event; in-combat debuff is now painless. (Limited duration of the in-combat debuff was considered, but rejected because there are ways to briefly leave combat, such as Shadow Warrior.)

Breton
- Grail of Betony: quest no longer activates again when you switch back from being a werewolf.

Dunmer
- Whispers: reduced delay between activations from 5-8 minutes -> 10-14 minutes to reduce spam (duration is still 4 minutes); no longer triggers a hit event; slightly reduced the volume of the warning sound; added MCM option to make Whispers only work on hostile targets.

- Fixed issue that could cause certain racial quests to start during character creation.

Breton
- Added Grail of Betony. (Sic)
- Removed Manmer Blood.

Misc
- Imperial quest effect now only activates at level 2 and contains an extra check that the effect is only applied on the player. (This fixes an issue caused by third party mods that cause the player to start out as an imperial instead of a nord before character creation for some reason.)

Breton
- Stones of Galen: swapped effects of Lady and Lover Stone (fixes an issue with Aurora).

Redguard
- Nomadic Heritage: now disabled when sitting (fixes an issue with Thunderchild).

- The Human Spirit: level 10 upgrades are now correct.

General
- Racial quests don't launch on game start for slightly less load.
- Nords and Imperials no longer break brawls, provided you use "Disable Active Abilities" in the MCM.

Argonian
- Marsh Dweller: reduced swim speed bonus from 250% to 150%.

Breton
- Stones of Galen: changed Atronach Stone effect; weakened Ritual Stone effect; fixed Steed Stone description.
