Huge mod-scripting overhaul!

- Faction relations actually work - when you have your own faction, most of NPC faction will send you peace request, they will turn red if attacked, cooldown is 15 mins, if you keep attack same faction they can turn hostile forever!
- Combat ships now use latest Keen AI with strafing and presets!
- Cargoships has new fleeing AI, not as agile as before, so you have more chances to capture them, most of cargoships are not reacting to you if you're neutral to them, trade ships will now stop, allowing you to trade in comfort, then they'll start moving again;
- Public stations now has advanced security system - don't even think of cheating it, all hostile actions will be detected;
- Trade script is fixed and now trading stations use "credits" item as currency - physical item without mass and volume;
- Trade stations will now shoot incoming pirates and will not trigger alarm to you if attacked by pirates;
- Meteors are back! Stations should be able to shoot them;
- Pirates now has certain chance of calling for reinforcements, now not every pirate ship will summon another pirate ship, causing endless chain of pirates coming for you;
- Bunch of new ships added: F-47 Flicker, Kimaris, Hornet XL, Tranquility, NUK-F Hornet, R.U.S.T. Outpost and new Phaeton Trading Station;
- Added atmospheric pirates for vanilla pirate planetary outposts: Cottonmouth, Cursor, Firefly Drone, Pirahna, R-1B Hover Bike, Robber Fly LRP-I, Scouting Pod, Shockwave Fighter;
- A lot of issues fixed;
- Mod size reduced.

Experimental beacon-based encounter system was denied, reverting encounters back to how they was before. Too many problems and engine limitations, because all those encounters were taken by game as drones.

But trade routes resurrected: instead of how it was before, there's now 50% of finding "linked" trading station instead of ordinary one. Linked means that there's a trade route beacon nearby, so you can follow beacons and discover another random trade station, that means those are actually two trade stations linked together with trade route.

Security systems rebalanced, added torpedos for NPCs which will guide players, beware and you better have some anti-missile protection. Punishment for attacking traders now even more brutal.

Additional fixes and tweaks, several new ships added: Redcore Flak Artillery Frigate, Pirate Gunship, HS Locust, HS Wasp Mk.II, Ibis, Amphion Carcharodon Destroyer and more.

Fixed new combat AI not using rockets, trading outposts now have retail trading ports for manual trading in addition to external ship trading ports! You now don't need a ship with collector and connector to trade, you can do it by your hands now! Military forces rebalanced, damaged fighters not call for another wing of fighters anymore, but huge military ships do. New trading station: IMDC 1781 Service Platform! Planetary lander pods upgraded with more thrusters, including hydrogen thruster in case you spawned in space. New planetary respawnship - "Vehicle Lander" with attached Jackal Buggy for Earth, similar to respawnpod, but with a buggy. A car attached via rotor and safety locked by default, don't forget to detach (2 on toolbar) and turn safety lock off (9 on toolbar) to drive your car! And start timer (5 on toolbar) to enable helpful realistic suspension script!
Dozen of ships added:
Vandraren, Tug "Targ", BSS Colibri as cargoships; IMDC Atlas-class Frigate, IMDC Hornet Fighter, IMDC Kestrel Fighter as new IMDC ships to protect 1781 Service Platform in case of alarm; AAM Shanxi Cruiser, AAM Donau Corvette, Cicada Experimental, Midnight Heavy Interceptor (renamed to "Midnight Gunship"), LRHF-2 Andrealphus as new military forces; Razor Combat Grinder, Skull Pod (renamed to "Skull Drone") and V-9 Scout as new pirates.

Completely new beta combat AI script by Skleroz! Still unfinished, but I released it now to replace not working vanilla drones (better than nothing), test it and give us your feedback about it. Fixed minor issues, added two new ships: Kite EW and Piranha Heavy Fighter

Fixed factions issue, spawn distances from beacons decreased, so you can easier find encounters without beacon, "Firehawk" assigned to MGE operative squads
