-Changed "buttons/button4.wav"
-Reduced the volume level of "common/wpn_hudoff.wav" (plays when switching through weapons).
-Updated "items/item_pickup.wav" AGAIN.
-Updated "vehicles/v8/v8_idle_loop1.wav" and "van_idle_loop1.wav". These are just used for the scenery of The Sacrifice campaign.

-Updated 7 files in folder "doors".
-Added/updated several button sounds.
-Removed all custom files in directory "music/glimpses", as they were unfitting to the atmosphere of the game.
-Removed "southofhuman.wav", as the changes made to the sound did not accomplish anything.
