Version 3.

Turned some props that would get the prop team stuck into static models.
Fixed some small props being able to get into areas that are impossible for the hunters to get to.
Added some extra props in the front yard.
Fixed safe props being hollow.

Many more props in the map can now be used by the props team.

Increased number of spawn points from 16 to 32.
