Release 1.0

The basics of the game are in place.
- Voting on weapons.
- Selecting weapons at the start of a round.
- Round progression, round time limits.

A few features are slated for updates:
- Configurable ammunition spawns (not every mod weapon from addons spawns with a reasonable amount of ammo).
- Icons for HL2 weapons.
