Fixed entity links associated with the ball and gamemode logic that randomly broke for some mysterious reason (perhaps some gamemode update a while ago?)

Theres still a couble broken links but nothing game breaking as stated above

* Doubled respawn door speeds (doors were a bit slow and may annoy some players)
* Changed lot of brushes to func_detail to greatly reduce the number of useless garbage cuts to the VIS leafs resulting is much faster compiling and ~75% less mem usage.
* Added hint brushes in key places to force VIS leafs to cut on proper angles and locations that will make a big difference in frame rates and network use.
* Added area portals to further make rendering whats actually visible more accurate
* Fixed bad cubemaps in 2 areas that were giving a purple sheen on some surfaces
