I *think* I fixed the issue with Brood Mother not spawning correctly

***HUGE UPDATE***

- Broodmother's drops changed to now drops the best gear in the game!

- Added new item: KO Dart to possible Broodmother drops. It will knock out anything you shoot with it.
- Added some new items to drops
- Lowered the quality of the gear a smidgen more. This will make Broodruns worth it.
- Lowered the quantity of kibble that drops in supply crates

*Rebalanced the drops slightly (Lowered the quality slightly)

*Fixed the missing Scuba Mask (Thanks IKaru69)
*Added Tranq Darts to Rifle drops
*Added Tranq Arrows to Bow Drops
*Fixed a bug that was causing Bows not to drop correctly
*Removed fertilizer from high end drops; It was there to balance out the other drops. It looks like I was wrong to think people like sh*t drops (Multiple thanks for this one)
*Balanced out loot drops a bit more, lower drops now have a chance to drop a bit higher quality loot. Who wants a journeyman slingshot? *cough* I do *cough*
*Fixed Bed and Sleeping bag issues. I was spawning in the wrong items.

*Changed the Fertilizer type to be the correct one
*Messed with Huge Beacons Hit Boxes a bit more

*Second attempt on fixing hitbox on Huge Beacons

*Revamped Item level curve. High level items about the same, low level items don't have as high quality.
*Moved a few items down a tier to give low level players better items.
*Added Rocket and Mini Gun turrets to red drops.
*Fixed(Hopefully) the issue where players can't access HUGE drops.
