- Added new weapon: Photon Rifle
- Added new ammo for rifle: Photon Core

- Changed crafting requirements for Photon Batteries higher.
- Allowed Photon Batteries to have quality rating now. Increases durability/energy.

- Can be build on platform saddles and boats.
- Normal aiming hit rate is improved.
- Aiming while on platform is still not as good.
