Ragnarok not anymore recognized as MICT LR, code cleanup.

Replaced radar on Ragnarok. Changed range of HIVI/MA-turret so that there is a better chance of staying out of fire when jumping or boosting into combat when using MICT.

Changed rotation-speed of the HIVI/MA turret on the Ragnarok. Now it is working with MICT as intended. Showed some strange behaviour before.
