Another attempt to correct the strings.xml. Some attachments have the wrong names.

Trying to fix a issue with the strings.xml. Attachments have no names.

Raised the ride height to prevent the tires from clipping through the fenders.
Raised the power to match the speed of Zil 131 when fully loaded.
Raised water damage level slightly.
Increased fuel and damage capacity.
Added 3 additional tire selections.
Added 4 additional winch points.
Added 5 additional attachments.
Added some sounds from the Zil 131.
Changed the startup time to match the startup sound.
Changed addon fuel, repair and garage point values.
Changed the drive wheel configuration. The trailer wheels become drive wheels with AWD.
Changed the wheel placement to provide a wider stance and to correct the alignment.
