* Added art assets for Map Icon and Save File Indicator

* Killing creatures has a chance of dropping Nightmare Fuel - Mr. Demon knows how to extract souls from its victims now.

* Can't force-attack Mr. Demon for Nightmare Fuel anymore.

* Added a bunch of custom speech strings - Mr. Demon has a personality now.

* Added lots of custom speech strings

* Cleaned up the pet demon code

* Changed Sanity to (99)

* Increased Walk Speed to (4.7)
Up from (4.6)

* Increased Run Speed to (6.4)
Up from (6.3)

* Other foods aside from Monster food cannot be consumed now.

* Monster food Health/Sanity/Hunger values tweaked.

* Gain tiny sanity from picking Evil Flowers

* Demon attacks faster
