Update: 28 Feb, 2016 @ 4:15pm

What's new
  • Further improvements (hopefully) to commercial at night. Shouldn't be as busy now.
  • Speed modifier for the experimental time progression. You can choose between 0.125 (8x slower), 0.25 (4x slower - default), 0.33 (3x slower), 0.5 (2x slower), 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x. The higher ones are just to progress through time faster so you can sort of replace Time Warp now.

Update: 26 Feb, 2016 @ 3:13am

What's new
  • Fixed the unclickable event blips. To get the current date you now have to hover over the green/red time progression bar.
  • Further updates for commercial demand at night. Let me know how this goes.

Update: 22 Feb, 2016 @ 3:58pm

What's new
  • Fixed the massively increased demand for goods by commercial buildings. Sorry.
  • Fixed cars going miles to find car parks. Decreased this by 3x, so they should look a bit closer.
  • Capacity tweaks for some events at the Expo Centre
  • Tourists will look further to find hotels around their immediate area.

Update: 21 Feb, 2016 @ 3:48pm

What's new
  • Performance improvements! I was doing something silly, so performance has increased hopefully at least by 2x.
  • Parking space AI improvement. Turns out CO was doing something silly, so I've improved that which should increase performance too. Also, Cims will actually try to use parking spaces now instead of just sticking their cars in their pockets. At the moment this means cars sort of drive through buildings to reach their spot, but I'm looking into fixing this.
  • Options update. I've modified the options panel so it's a bit more organised. In addition to this you now have Options to adjust the time and date formats!
  • More options for developers making custom events. Developers now have an option to force an event they specify. More details in this thread.

Update: 18 Feb, 2016 @ 5:54am

What's new
  • SNOWFALL!
  • Cims are more likely to go home if they're standing around and getting rained on. You won't find many people outside when it's raining, and certainly not when it's thundering
  • Commercial stocks up more at night now.
  • Modders can add their own events to their own props!
  • You no longer need Time Warp.

Update: 13 Feb, 2016 @ 7:35am

What's new
  • Citizens will now go and look for leisure areas within a certain radius of where they are if they're going out for the night.
  • Tourists will go and look for hotels at night within a certain radius, instead of simply heading home if they're not in one already.
  • More sliders so you can modify working hours now. They now save too!
  • Detailed logging for helping me debug any issues you are having.
  • Potential fix for this mod crashing your game when exiting. Let me know if it's still happening, and send me a log if it is.

Update: 7 Feb, 2016 @ 3:13pm

What's new
  • Updates to the date and time bar to show the time rather than the current date. Hovering over the bar will show the date instead.
  • Hovering over an event blip on the date and time bar will now show a popup that says when the event starts and ends, and where the event is taking place.
  • Clicking on an event blip will now take you to the building the event is happening at. (yay!)
  • The experimental commercial demand should now be working as it should. Feel free to switch this on in the options if you haven't already, as this should work better than the normal commercial demand. As usual, let me know if this isn't working right for you.

Update: 1 Feb, 2016 @ 2:16pm

What's new
  • Weekends! Cims can now have a break from work with a well deserved weekend. Also, the option to toggle it now works.
  • Speaking of options... More options! You can now change when Cims go to school. It's still a work in progress, and changing work hours will be coming later.
  • For those that have been having issues with ambulance spawning, this update should fix that. Let me know if you still have the issue.
  • Less time between events. The time between events happening seemed a bit long, so I've shortened it down. Let me know if it's too short now.

Update: 31 Jan, 2016 @ 12:13pm

What's new
  • Options! Hooray, you can now mess with some settings and modify (not very many at the moment) elements of the mod to your liking. Some checkboxes are disabled, so if you can't enable/disable them that'll be why.
  • Events now save with your game. Maybe now you'll actually be able to see an event through until the end.
  • New city time now saves with your game. Groundhog day has ended.

Update: 30 Jan, 2016 @ 7:49am

What's new
  • The date at the bottom of the screen going slow is intentional! It is synced to the day/night cycle, but is still moving. The date is taken from your computer time at the moment, and this will be changed eventually. It doesn't save yet either, so the date will reset every time you start the game.
  • Event blips now appear on the date bar too, and it will change its colour to yellow when an event is ongoing.
  • Yet another update to commercial demand. Let me know if there's any more issues.
