fix invisible gates, bring back the locks on rings and the key 2 on the console widget.

Fixes :
the shield when the other gate is far away.
hiding the address book when HideAddress config is True
fixed the dmg dealt by the shield (1 000 000 hp)
fixed the shield at startup (collision enabled and not showin ON when is actually ON)
reduced some graphics to get more fps
invisible rings on singleplayer and non dedicated game
new way to get closest ring, should work perfectly
