Update #2:

Hi everyone

A big update today. You will now notice a lot more actions in-game will activate an Arnold quote. Whether it's calling in an Evac, getting covered in acid or hacking a turret, your character will now give an appropriate Arnold response to almost every situation. Overall, over 90 more actions now have quotes compared to the first release, so expect lots more Arnold goodness on the battlefield!

There have also been a number of new quotes added, so keep an ear out for those.

Audio adjustments have been made, but some clips may still need some work. Think a quote is too quiet? Or too loud? Please let me know in the newly created 'Suggestions' discussion found here:

Thanks to you all for the support and your input. However I have neglected my XCOM 2 campaign for a number of days now because of work on this mod. I will continue to work on it and make improvements, but I might take a few days off just to enjoy this great game ;)

A big thank you to Zuff McGruff for some great tips

Update #1:

Hello all

The mod has been updated with the files that should prevent the crashing some users were having.

If you downloaded the mod before 12th Feb @ 10:30pm (GMT) please read on, if you downloaded after that time the following issue will not effect you.

While making the update I was required to edit the name of one of the files, otherwise the update would not build in the XCOM2 Modding Tools. The original name was "ExampleVoicePack" and the updated name is "Arnold", so it is also a much more helpful name anyway. However the issue is this may cause problems for people that saved their game while the original version of the mod was active in their game. If you are getting an error when trying to load your game "Item cannot be located: ExampleVoicePack" (or something similar to that) then this can be fixed easily.

Firstly, you can go to:
'[location of Steam on your hard drive]/Steam Apps/workshop/content/268500/622344275/'

And then rename the file 'Arnold.XComMod' to 'ExampleVoicePack.XComMod'. You could also make a copy of 'Arnold.XComMod', keep one named 'Arnold.XComMod' and name the other 'ExampleVoicePack.XComMod'. Both solutions will fix the problem.

Secondly, you can use another mod from the Workshop that lets you bypass these warnings:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=619141883

Please remember that saving your game while mods are active is not encouraged if it is a savegame you do not wish to lose. Unfortunately mistakes can be made. Fortunately the error here can be fixed easily, but if you use other mods and save your game then you may not be so lucky. //ALWAYS BACK-UP YOUR SAVES BEFORE TESTING MODS//

Your savegames can be located here:
'\Users\[name]\Documents\My Games\XCOM2\XComGame\SaveData'

I'm sorry to those early downloaders that may face this issue, it was an error on my part, I just missed renaming one file. If any of you are still having trouble after trying the above please just send me a message and I'll be happy to help.

Any problems just let me know

Thanks everyone
