-Added Snapshot Penalty. Any shots taken after moving suffers a -10 aim penalty.
-Redid the Sniper AI to move less, and longwatch more. They will shoot on their first action point more often as well.

-It is here people, the option to remove snapshot.
The instructions are in XComAdventSniper.ini inside the Config folder.

-Added Squadsight and Sniper Close Range penalties.

-Reduced HP by 2.
-Increased Mobility by 1.

-Added a Specific AI for Snapshotless Sniper
The Sniper will fall back if you get too close to him, however it will shoot at any flanked or uncovered unit before trying to move. No cheesing the sniper. It will never move and will always shoot if he has a enemy in sight or in squadsight, but get too close and he will dip.

-Removed innate defense.
-Lowered the Basic sniper health by 1.
-Lowered the Basic and Advanced sniper dodge by 5.

**ADVENT Sniper now have Executioner(+10 Aim & Crit when shooting targets below or half HP.)**

-Added ADVENT Corpse for ADVENT Sniper to drop.
-Added Autopsy ADVENT Sniper research.
-Added Illuminator Gunsight(Grants Executioner Perk) weapon attachment. (Reward from Sniper Autopsy. You still have to build it.)

-Major changes to the AI

-Fixed bug with Snipers not scampering
-Snipers will, if they have line of sight, shoot outside your shooting range(often shooting from the fog of war)
-They are more defensive, falling back when they feel like they are in danger
-Will use Long Watch if they don't have a good shot, and no other allies are Overwatching

Tweaked the AI to be smarter.
Now they won't be too aggressive and hunt you down.
As well as make them use Long Watch more frequent.
