Huckster stuff is now nicely placed in a box

Here comes the Huckster

Major update of the token.
All the tokens have been updated. There are now character in both male and female + normal and brutal monster token. I use these instead of the figurine on the map. They fit better and are easy to use.
Coming Next : Huckster components + better definition for all the cards.

- Started naming the cards and card decks
- First version of initiative markers
- Added a large coin for every Actor. They look cool next to your character card.

Solved the Blank Card Issue.
Coming next :
- I need to find how to give a name to a card deck
- Implement the initiative board

This is a very simple Mod with everything I didn't find in Cetic's awesome Shadow of Brimstone game. It's mostly based on Printerstudio images.
