Thanks to VAlex(Alvic) and Wodzu_93(Adamk1993r) who separatedly convince me to do it, hud fix: cover shields, camera "rec" message etc works with wireframes off.

There was very uncool mistake (by accident Tony's body wasn't allowed to be dragged), that I made long time ago (or not so old, when modding support was added?) in Pedler mod and it was copied to all my other agent mods =\
I guess not a single mod user ever had Tony shot or knocked out.

Anyway I updated it, and all other my agent mods.

character graphic improvement: better blue lighting and shadows on hairs and chest, on backpack; improvements of chest and sleeves.

Can you imagine it, with initial upload I forgot to make grp animation and when N-Umi was down and dragged by another agent she used Banks "model" >_<
+ I didn't made atlas.

Now both issues are fixed: her own model when dragged and textues in atlas (size is lesser, load faster)

Tooltips a bit changed (wodzu_93 suggestion), rus language file for lazy russians.
btw, if some non-english speakers want to add localization files to any of my mods, just make it, contact me and I'll add it.
