  • Reward soldiers are more likely to have an upgrade, and that upgrade is more likely to be a rare one, when it's your birthday.

  • Reward soldiers can now come with upgrades added by other mods.
  • XComResistanceWeaponUpgrades.ini now has a completely different format, which means custom settings have been overwritten.

  • Reduced the chance of X2RewardTemplate conflicts. Specifically, the only thing overwritten now is the GiveRewardFn delegate for the 'Reward_Soldier' and 'Reward_Rookie' templates.

  • Implemented a new system for loading config files that prevents them from being overridden every update. Thanks to bountygiver for the original idea and Lucubration for the implementation!
  • Captured soldiers no longer have a chance to have an extra weapon upgrade added when recovered.
