1) Per user request, added option to config file to preview minimum instead of maximum damage.
2) Fixed mod to work with Spark: Nova, part of Shen's Last Gift DLC
3) Fixed mod to work with Spark: Bombard, part of Shen's Last Gift DLC

Got the following abilities working:
Sectopod Lightning Field (now previews damage and targets)
Sectopod Wrath Cannon (was previewing targets, now previews damage)
Codex Psionic Bomb (was previeing targets, now previews damage)

Also, got mission-object destructible objects working ("Destroy the enemy relay")

Blazing Pinions still doesn't work, and won't (due to the design of the ability, there's no logical way to preview it)

No functional changes (except moving some config values around).

Massive compatbility change - should be MUCH more compatible with other mods now. No longer overrides X2TargetingMethod classes.

Fixes:
1) EMP Grenade and other abilities for which some enemies are immune (flamethrower vs. robots) now preview correctly
2) Fuse (Psi ability) now previews explosive blast damage correctly
3) Since it isn't possible to make this work with mods that change SnapToTile (free aiming), added as a configurable feature
4) Added some debugging config variables to help coordination with other mod makers.
5) Cleaned the mod somewhat -no longer need that giant array in the config, and remove extraneous source files.
