Update 3/14/16
-New - Added lines to the mysterious StunnedAlien cue. This cue plays when a soldier is ordered to use the skulljack item.

-Changed - Some alterations made to lines played when enemies are spotted under various conditions. Will continue to refine this as the community unveils the purpose of more cues. A plan to differentiate EnemyPatrolSpotted (spotting enemies with a concealed solider) and AdventSighted (spotting pods with advent in them), for example.

-Changed - Reduced volume multiplier from 1.0 to 0.9. May change this again. Will make small adjustments until it sounds "just right."

-Fixed - Removed off-topic line from SoldierControlled cue.

-Fixed - Changed nature of Confused and TurnWhileConfused after discovering what these cues really were. Formerly believed them to be related to mind control. They really refer to disorienting attacks, like sectoid mindspin.

-Fixed - Learned the mysterious BulletShred cue is tied to the rupture ability. Changed lines significantly to reflect this.

-Fixed - Some senseless lines for Reaper were removed. Different lines were added, including a few "new" ones.

Fixed - Target Eliminated was accidentally routed to Target Armor Hit.
