V7 Change Log

• Fixed incorrect lighting in the second tunnel

• Winter sessional zeds are now permanent

Brief Overview

This mini update consist on fixing the incorrect lighting on the second tunnel that connects the small shed to the underground lab. The zeds will always be winter sessional, and the trader voice has been changed to the badass Santa one.

Brief Overview

Hello everyone!

Version 6 or should I say the “Santas House” update is finally live. As TWI recently released a new official map entitled “SantasWorkshop”, I decide to change the title in order to avoid any confliction. In addition, since I began revisiting this map, I decided to spice it up a bit more.

Firstly, most importantly I’ve managed to greatly improve the overall performance of the map by combing large amount of static meshes and removing any unnecessary ones (such as trees). I completely redesigned the starting/customization area giving it more of a lively feel to it, the same thing is done for the outdoor portion of the map.

Additionally 8 new “holdout” objective have been added throughout the map, alongside making the map compatible with endless survival. Other minor changes includes, fixing misplaced objects, and adding or removing invisible walls.

• Added a visual option to enable or disable custom music (Solo Offline only)

• Added a wind effect throughout the entire map

• Zeds no longer spawn in the underground biotic lab unless player access it

Brief Overview

Hello everyone!

Version 5 is live and features a visual option to enable or disable custom music near the starting area, Zeds shouldn’t be able to spawn on the underground section unless the player access it, the map should be more stable and support all of the latest KF2 changes. Also, the naming format has been changed, now the file map name will always remain KF-SantaWorkshop, and instead the in-game naming will indicate the map’s current version.

V4 Change Log

• Better lighting optimization & Blood splatters

• Merged Plenty of textures

• Made all doors closed by default

• Added player hint for secret doorway

• Zeds should be able to access the glass hallway easier now

Brief Overview

Zeds should now be able to accessing the glass hallway passage much easier thanks to several adjustments. Other changes include overall better optimization and stability by fixing several incorrect blood splatters and lighting.

Also, I've added a text hint notification whenever the player approaches the moveable door, and some visual indications to it whenever the player presses the switch found in the billiard room.

Version 3

Hello everyone!

Version 3 is live, and should fix any compatibility issues between the steam workshop and non-workshop versions. A large amount of changes have been made to the map changing the usual gameplay experience. The two doors that lead to the biotic lab have been closed off, now it is up to the player to search for a hidden switch somewhere inside the workshop.

Switch location: Switch is located near the pool table, simply look at the monitor and press the E button to activate it.

Change Log:

• Remove all tree collisions

• Lowered custom music volume

• Increase overall map stability

• Added a button switch to unlock the biotic lab section of the map (mini-objective)

• Added more collectables

• Minor bugs fixes
