Increased XP required to level up.
Speeded up alien and Advent progression.
Increased supplies, alloy, intel, and elerium cost for everything.
Added a lot of notes in the ini for anyone who wants to edit it themselves.

GTS training times, AWC respec times, and Psi training times are all now doubled.
XP has been fixed so that it's actually more or less double of what it was in vanilla.

Mod now increases the time soldiers take to level up by about 80%.
