  • updated for new EU4 Version (1.21)

  • rent and pay back manpower are now diplomatic actions in the "alliance actions" category*


*The action to pay back manpower requires AI acceptance (which will accept everytime), as soon as I know how non-deniable actions work, this will be changed.

It may take a little bit for the "pay manpower back" action to be visible and the "rent manpower" action to become invisible after renting manpower.

  • you can now choose the ally that you want to rent manpower from
  • you can now rent manpower from two countries at the same time
  • allies can accept and deny your request

  • negative opinion modifier only get added now, if request is denied
