Attempt fix for saddle animations; fix drake kibble settings(uses sarco kibble for reals); Increased turning acceleration; added and set ini options for RunSpeed/FlyRunSpeed/MeleeDMG for both drakes. Should auto put them in there if nothing is set, with default settings; Spawn entries lowered (also, these can be controlled manually via Game.ini settings); attempt fix for missing dino head icon

Attempt fix for fire vfx, attempt fix for food drain rate, fix for picking up small dinos. still no fix for riding animation for females. More updates to come, holidays and all, had to spend time with the family today
