Fix for piston grid being 10m off in SBC (ie Piston exploding bug)

Added infro screens near cockpit to explaing tool bar.
Set up the drill rig to be safety locked in the up position. using the button console will start the times that will unsafety lock the drill. then on end of drilling the drill rig will be safety locked again.
This reduces the load on the server. treating the drill rig and the main body as one physic object.
By only safety locking in the up postion reduces the change for CLANG on unlock.
The piston sabilizers may have a problem on load of being out of position (piston save bug).
