Version 4.0.2 (brought to you by UndeadRyker)

  • The mod is now modular.
  • Bot behavior will now be correctly adjusted during mutations.
  • Bots will now behave differently and more efficiently according to gamemodes and mutations being played. This was mistakenly left out when porting to VScript. Thanks to [TF] Jack Bauer ????? for reporting UndeadRyker's oversight.
  • CB+: Valve Extras is now deprecated due to the current implementation of CB+. Have fun!

Version 4.0.0 - The Undead Update (brought to you by UndeadRyker)

  • The gamemodes.txt method isn't being used anymore. VScript is used instead.
  • Visible messages in console will be shown upon map load for debugging purposes.
  • Some values have been modified to prevent some rounding errors/odd behavior.
  • Changes regarding health and bot healing have been discarded as it's been fixed in the Last Stand Update.

Version 3.4.3 - Christmas Update

This is the last update that I'll be making for Competitive-Bots+. I hope you enjoy it :D

I'll be modifying the bots for L4D1 before proceeding with L4D2

TO-DO
  • Identify what's causing the bots to use healthkits at yellow health(HP @ 25-49) and make them use healthkits at red health(HP @ 1-24) ONLY
  • Possibly implement a vscript which would make the bots use their own kit at red health(sb_toughness_buffer only works when healing a TARGET. It does not apply on the bot that has the medkit at yellow health). If I have free time on my hands

Version 3.2 - New update to be deployed soon

  • Made the survivor bots more aggressive again(Just like version 1.0.8)
  • A small tweak for the survivors

Special Note:
    This new version should "remedy" the "Bots are just like stock/No changes" for the haters, lol.
  • You guys have two options...:
    • The bots being less aggressive(Makes the bots shoot around the player and not through them).
    • The bots being aggressive(Makes the bots react much faster but messes up your aim if you are in front of their target).

If you have a problem with the bots being too aggressive then just deal with it :P
