Fixed a bug preventing disabled classes from appearing in the GTS training screen.

Small change that should fix a case in which a disabled class could be selected for a soldier promotion.

Should have prevented soldier class templates generated by Training Roulette mod(s) from appearing in the list of classes to disable.

Updated to hopefully catch unexpected cases where disabled classes were appearing due to promotions granted by mods.

Initial release.
