  • fixed a bug for republics getting to much federal authority when reelected as a leader
  • excommunicated countries can neither join nor found the Christian Federation anymore
  • the leader of the Christian Federation can't be excommunicated anymore

  • it's not possible anymore for members to declare war while at a Federation War (the duration while all members are the leader's vassals)
  • added a new casus belli to players for federation members, this way you can easily see while declaring war, if a country is a member in a federation (this cb is just for showing their status as a member and should not be used for declaring war, you can't annex provinces with it anyway)
  • religious federations only get called to arms if the attacker is NOT in the same religion group
  • if you are a member of any federation and you are allied to the leader of the same federation, you can't call them to arms anymore, because they will join as the war leader (before only the leader joined in those cases and not all other members)

  • reworked event pictures

  • added 3 new federations:
    • Christian Federation
    • Muslim Federation
    • Jewish Federation

  • added new national ideas for religious federal countries

  • added tooltip for the decision that shows the federal electors after the 6th reform was enacted
    • now after the leader title becomes inheritable, the decisions doesn't show the electors votes anymore

  • changed the way, how new leaders are chosen
    • now there are (max.) 5 electors in each federation, which vote for the new leader
    • there is a decision to make members to electors (for the leader)
    • there is a decision (not enactable) to see which country is an elector and which country it votes for
    • if there are not enough electors, the federation authority is decreasing by 1 every year
  • small bug fixes
  • the decisions to show the members of federations now also show the electors
  • the decisions to show the members are now colored in orange (easier to find)

  • made the event, which gives yearly authority, hidden (it won't pop up anymore, but it will give yearly authority)
  • deleted the alliance system
  • added "vassal-system"
    • if a federation member is attacked, every other member will become vassals of the leader for 64 days
    • 32 days (at least 1 months was neceassary) after the war was declared, the attacked country becomes a vassal of the leader for 32 days
    • after these 64 days in total, the members get released and their alliances get restored

    • all this will lead to -> the federation leader becomes warleader in all Federation Wars

    • the federation leader can't be declared war directly, a member has to be declared war
    • after a Federation War started (any country declared war on any member of a federation), no other country can declare war on that federation for 65 days (so that the "vassal-system" doesn't brake)
  • only countries located in America can't be formed by Federations (federal countries) anymore, other countries can be formed by Federations
  • changed the way, how members can be shown (sadly adding new map modes isn't possible, so it still has to be done with decisions)
    • decisions to show members of federations will now be shown, if that federation was founded and not dismantled and any discovered country is a member of that federation
    • this decisions can't be enacted anymore, you only need to move your mouse cursor over the button to enact the decision to show all members of a specific federation
  • federal reforms are now "triggered modifiers" and not given with events or decision
    • after a reform was enacted, the triggers for the specific reform are met and it will be active when the next month starts

  • now founding and joining the European Federation also depends on the country's total developement
    • for founding the European Federation at least the following total development is needed depending on the year:
      • 2-199: 60
      • 200-349: 70
      • 350-599: 100
      • 600-899: 150
      • 900-999: 250
      • 1000-1299: 100
      • 1300-1599: 150
      • 1600-1799: 200
      • 1800-1870: 250
      • 1871-1949: 1500
      • 1950-1999: 1000
      • from 2000: 400
    • for joining the European Federation less than the following total developement depending on the year is needed (has not the same culture than the leader / has the same culture than the leader):
      • 2-199: 26/51
      • 200-349: 31/61
      • 350-599: 41/81 (OR is West Rome/Byzantine Empire if the other one isn't a member)*
      • 600-899: 51/101
      • 900-999: 61/121
      • 1000-1299: 41/81
      • 1300-1599: 51/101
      • 1600-1799: 51/151
      • 1800-1870: 61/151
      • 1871-1949: 501/1501
      • 1950-1999: 351/801
      • from 2000: no limit
    • for now dependence on the total developement is limited to the European Federation to see how / if it works correctly
  • minor bug fixes

* This way West Rome and Byzantine Empire will have the opportunity to join the European Federation, although they have much more total developement. This was added due to the fact that (nearly) all "tribal" countries around them will declare war on them. But because letting both of them entering the Federation would be (to) OP, only one of them will be able to join.
