-Hopefully cleared error in Steam workflow that was causing issues with update...
-Added event for BRA to inherit TEU after PU within mod events
-Added new CB and Wargoals related to claim rivalry
-Fixed a few localisation issues
-Fixed Warcabinet missions for CTG, PRU, NGC and GEC, there were some elements that were not working correctly.

-Fixed rivalry events for PLC to ensure that they only fire between polish culture states and not between polish and lithuanian (otherwise you can't form PLC...)

-Updated to 1.17 - This is a large update and will break save games
-Redid AI Strategic Decision selection mechanic to use new Strategic Event framework, full explanation to follow on page description. Essentially replaces decision framework with event framework. Human players can still use decision framework.
-Add German, Italian, Greek and Slavic Nationalism events
-German, Italian, Greek and Slavic Nationalism event chain required prior to formation of Germany, Italy, Greece, Yugoslavia, Rus, Zachodnislavia, Pan Slavic Federation
-Added ability to form German Confederation, Illyria, Yugoslavia, Rus, Zachodnislavia, Pan Slavic Federation, Austria-Hungary and Austrian Empire
-North German Confederation can now only be formed after the HRE is destroyed
-Added new missions for North German Confederation, German Confederation, Illyria, Yugoslavia, Rus, Zachodnislavia, Pan Slavic Federation, Austria-Hungary and Austrian Empire
-Reworked Strategic Decision claim conflict framework, added new factions

- Changed Prussia event mechanic so that Swift Intervention events for BRA and TEU no longer fire after BRA forms a PU over TEU. There were too many problems with keeping the events after this and it was bothering people. I may need to look again at the event from a purely AI standpoint. Maybe set a timer and then just have BRA inhert TEU after awhile. The AI still manages to screw up and not form Prussia...
- Fixed event errors with Protestant Reformation event. There was an issue with flag naming which caused some events to misfire.

- Reworked CE Missions so that they fall under a new mechanic. Instead of missions being automatically available and loading randomly as in vanilla they are not directed. The player will choose to activate a decision to 'Convene a Warcabinet.' This will bring up an event which will provide a list of all CE missions available. The player can select a mission here (or not and cancel). That mission will then be loaded into the mission mix (though at a high probability it will appear). This allows the player to direct their strategy rather than passively accept whatever the game engine throws at them. A similiar, but seperate, mechanic governs Crusade, Jihad, Defend Christendom and Defend Islam missions. I've uploaded some new pictures to show this process. Bonus points for anyone who reads this and correctly identifies the source documents from which I adapted the text of the Crusade and Jihad event texts.

- Repushing last update because of reports of errors in load. Sometimes there are Steam errors when files are updating or Steam is working on something. Not sure, everything works for me. But hopefully this will clear the error.

- Fixed implementation and localisation for event which celebrates reunification of ancient territory of empires
- Added event loop for BRA to ensure they maintain their territorial integrity. Whenever BRA is at war and another nation successfully sieges Berlin an event will trigger resulting in White Peace between BRA and the nation that completed the siege and all it's allies who are at war with BRA. This is perhaps a bit strong but I don't know how else to keep BRA from destroying itself in a series of pointless wars.
